Instructions: The logbook page header should be filled out for each location. When you move fishing locations fill out a new page.

Start Date: Enter the start date of fishing trip (MM/dd/yr)

Finish Date: Enter the finish date of fishing trip (MM/dd/yr)

Start Time: Enter the time you started fishing per location. (HH:MM [AM/PM])

Finish Time: Enter the time you finished fishing per location. (HH:MM [AM/PM])

Location: Enter the location of each fishing trip; try to be as detailed as possible.

Total Fish Caught: Enter the total number of fish caught for each trip.

Species: Select the species you caught, if the species is unknown pick ‘ō‘io.

Fork Length (FL): Enter the measurement from the tip of the nose to the fork of the tail in inches. (if available)

Weight: Enter the weight of the fish in pounds and ounces. (Lbs.Oz)

Time Hooked: Enter the time that the fish was caught. This allows us to determine variables such as tide and lunar cycle.

Tag Number: Enter the number located on the side of the tag for each fish.
